Pavilion Facts


The Belo Mansion facilities (including the Pavilion and parking garage) are a total of 124,076 square feet.

There are two entrance ways into the Pavilion level:
   Main entrance on Olive St.
   Elevator access from garage

There is one ballroom which may be divided into four meeting rooms.

Total occupancy of the Pavilion is over 950.

For handicap services, is handicap parking on each level of the parking garage, two passenger elevators, and one handicap lift. ADA access into the building is located through the garage or through the Olive Street entrance.

There are two restrooms (one per sex).

A donor wall for pledges made $5,000 and over, made of stained wood with brass.

There are 281 spaces in the four level underground parking. Parking entrance is on Olive St.

The building materials used to construct the Pavilion include a slate roof, stucco walls with limestone and granite base with a limestone entry floor
