Criminal Law Section
Serves the needs of all criminal law practitioners in the Dallas area. Since the bulk of the membership consists of solo practitioners and institutional lawyers, every effort is made to provide for maximum MCLE credits. Speakers will cover topics of general interest and ethics will be covered at least once a year.
Meeting Schedule
This Section generally meets on the 4th Thursday of every month. Section members will receive e-mail notification of upcoming meetings and events. Section News
Thank you to Paul Zoltan for his presentation on the topic of "Immigration Issues in Criminal Law" at the April meeting.
The May section meeting will be held on Thursday, May 24, 2012 at noon at Belo Mansion. Please mark your calendars. The meeting will feature a one hour CLE presentation by Kathy Finch of Veterans Affairs on the topic of "How PTSD and TBI related to Criminal Activity and Information about our Veterans Courts."
