The Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program needs volunteer attorneys and support staff to assist with intake at the West Dallas Legal Clinic (3107 N. Winnetka Dallas, TX 75212). The clinic is held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month. Attorneys should arrive at 7:00 p.m. and support staff at 6:00 p.m. No intake experience necessary. CHANGES TO LOCAL RULES EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 2, 2014
Following receipt of public comment, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas has determined to amend local civil rules LR 15.1(b) and LR 79.3(b)(2) and amend local criminal rule LCrR 55.3(b)(2), and repeal local civil rule LR 67.1, as set forth in the attachment to Special Order No. 2-82.
