DVAP Guardian Ad Litem Certification Course
The Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) and the DBA Probate, Trust & Estate Planning Section are jointly sponsoring a Probate Law CLE on the representation of guardians of indigent wards and the role and responsibilities of the Attorney Ad Litem. This CLE program qualifies for State Bar Certification of Attorneys Ad Litem in the Probate Courts and is provided free of charge for attorneys who agree to accept a pro bono guardian or ad litem case through DVAP.
