Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Section

Meets monthly for a program on employee benefits and executive compensation, pensions, profit-sharing plans, ESOPs, health coverage, disability plans, other standpoints, IRS, DOL, PBGC, SEC, ERISA, and state law.

Meeting Schedule:

The Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation Section meets on the 1st Wednesday of every month in the Hughes & Luce Ballroom, 12:00 noon - 1:00 p.m.

Section News: 

• Our next section meeting is scheduled for noon on Wednesday, February 6, 2013. 

• The program will be “Fiduciary Concerns Arising from 408(b)(2) and 404(a)(5) Disclosures and Other Things to Worry About ." The presenters will be Heath Miller and Al Otto, with Shepherd Kaplan, LLC.........

• One hour of participatory CLE credit is available for all of our monthly meetings, but non-DBA members will be charged $30 by the DBA for obtaining MCLE credit for any program. If special arrangements are required for a person with disabilities to attend, please call Mary Ellen Johnson at (214) 220-7474 or email her at Mary Ellen Johnson as soon as possible before the meeting.
