Our Speaker for the January 16, 2013 meeting will be Martin Merritt, a Dallas Solo. He will discuss Medicare Fraud and Abuse litigation including sources and rational behind the FCA, Stark Law, The AKS and CMPS, as well as Motions to Dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, and failure to state a claim under Rules 9(b) and 12(b)(6).
