Task Force on Racial & Ethnic Bias in the Courts
A task force created by the DBA in 2004 to study the perceptions of racial and/or ethnic bias in the Dallas court system is releasing its results and recommendations. The study polled many Dallas-area judges, lawyers, court clerks and bailiffs.
