DVAP Legacy Society Planned Giving

The Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program has created the Legacy Society to honor and recognize people who have agreed to promote equal access to justice and legal services to low-income people in Dallas County by naming the Dallas Bar Association Community Service Fund in their wills, trusts, or other estate planning documents as a beneficiary for the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.

As a DVAP Legacy Society member, you will receive a certificate as a reminder to others of your support of our mission. Your gift will be recognized publicly, unless you prefer to remain anonymous.

Legal Name and Tax ID Number

The full legal corporate title is the Dallas Bar Association Community Service Fund. Please contact Michelle Alden at 243-2234 if you need our tax ID number.

Other Ways to Give

In addition to the DVAP Legacy Society, the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program also has its annual Campaign for Equal Access to Justice. The Campaign for Equal Access to Justice is an annual fund raising campaign that benefits the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, a joint program of the Dallas Bar Association and Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas. To donate, click here. For more information on the Campaign, please contact Michelle Alden at aldenm@lanwt.org.
