Mention the Group Name: Dallas Bar Association Bench Bar Conference to get your rate of $279 plus $26 resort fee and taxes per night. Discounted rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please read the hotel deposit and cancellation policies as outlined in the event brochure and hotel communications.

Room reservation deadline extended to Monday, September 11, 2023. Room reservation requests after this date will be subject to hotel availability at the rack rate. 

Deadline to Register for Early Bird Special Rate: Extended to August 11!

Due to guarantees to the hotel, any cancellations must be received in writing to the DBA no later than Friday, August 18, 2023. There are no space guarantees and rooms are limited. Payment must be made BEFORE registration is guaranteed.

All CANCELLATIONS prior to August 18, 2023 will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS AFTER August 18, 2023, but substitutions are allowed.
