Join us for an interactive evening as we explore how to attract and retain a more diverse group of Dallas attorneys in our organizations through proactive, deliberate actions to overcome barriers.  After a privilege walk exercise to prompt thoughts on our own advantages and challenges, Amber Sims of AT&T will moderate a panel on implicit bias, expanding allyship, and creating attractive and welcoming opportunities for all attorneys.  Following the panel, we’ll join breakout sessions to brainstorm and share stories on enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our legal community.
