Dallas County courts expect to begin hearing non-essential cases in person on Monday, July 6, 2020. Please review the latest court reopening information here: While the courts are open, attorneys are strongly advised to call the court before appearing in person and adhere to all health and safety measures to slow and stop the transmission of COVID-19. Doing so should promote the administration of justice and reduce the possibility that the courts will close again.
