*DBA Dues are based on your first year licensed in ANY state. Your license information and status will be verified online and your dues amount may be automatically adjusted accordingly. 

The DBA requires its members to be U.S. licensed attorneys or currently enrolled law students. Associate/Paralegal memberships are not available.

Attorneys DO NOT have to be licensed in Texas to join!

DBA Dues categories, except Law Student, Emeritus, and Legacy Club, include a contribution of $10 to the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program (DVAP) and $20 to the Dallas Bar Foundation (DBF). If you prefer not to contribute to either of these organizations, please subtract from your DBA dues total if paying by check or contact Membership (membership@dallasbar.org) to remove it from online payment.
